Day 10 wasn't bad. Had some muscle aches but I attribute that to not drinking enough water on Day 9. The food is fantastic. I've included a picture of some of true yumminess you get during week 2. That soup is my new favorite!
I'm sleeping so week now. Good, deep sleep....which was rare to me! I've also got the urge to get rid of all of the clutter and "crap" that's taking up space in my house.
I'm still having trouble getting the "detox" drink down but I manage! Some people really like it. I'm not of of those people!
